Our dog is missing in short beach area-Branford, CT. We were hit physically by a car from behind while on a small side road in short beach, no major injuries to the other dog, but Dooby took off after we were struck (we were not in a car) and since has not been found. He still has his retractable leash on and his collar with information! Praying he is not stuck on something! Had a large search party looking for over two hours on foot- not a welp or a bark! He is super anxious and scares easily from cars as he has been in a car accident before. His nose works amazing, but he had a recent infection in his throat which may be affecting him from using it. It was 49 degrees when most of us took off to wait for sunrise, but will be 38 degrees by 5am! If anyone has any information please call 2037456373 ! Thank you so so much!
